This is the soundtrack to the puzzle game, Chromatic Fantasy, available on Steam:

The game's developer asked me for a soundtrack with a fantasy/medieval feel to match the setting of the game. The three main types of area in the game - dungeon, cave, and magic tower - each have their own feel and instrumentation, plus there are some special tracks for certain levels like the Storm and Treasure Vault.

When I learned that the title of the game would be "Chromatic Fantasy," I knew I had to include a reference to J. S. Bach's Chromatic Fantasia in d minor (BWV 903). This can be heard in Track 17, the music for the game's boss level. To make the music for the evil wizard here, I composed a new melody over the existing Bach keyboard part, interspersed with completely new material.

I would love to continue writing video game music! Please consider hiring me as your game's composer (and sound designer - I also made around 70% of the sound effects in the game, not heard here on the soundtrack of course).
